    Aqua Classes

    Aqua classes are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals – compliment your existing swimming sessions with a selection of classes to help you lose weight, tone up or simply feel great. 
     

    Class Descriptions


    Abs Blast

    A quick but intense blast of pure abdominal work - extremely effective.

    Aqua Zumba

    Offered in the swimming pool, this class is a low impact, high energy aquatic  exercise that blends zumba with water resistance.

    Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

    This is an ideal class for new customers who have never tried a workout class before. The focus is on thighs, bums and stomachs to help tone and shape your body.

    Tone it up

    A mix of aerobics and floor work that will get your heart rate up and work on toning your entire body, we will be working to music so tone it up will also help with coordination and rhythm. There are high and low impact moves throughout so you can work to your own fitness level.

    Zumba

    Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba Fitness was born!

    Yoga

    Yoga is a mind and body class aimed to improve flexibility, tone and posture. Emphasis on correct breathing leads to relaxation and sense of well-being.

    Pilates

    A class based around core strength and awareness to help improve posture, flexibility and tone through the entire body

    Block Fit

    Four workouts in one class: Block Fit is a revolutionary all in one fitness brand that fuses dance, combat, high and low (interval training) with yoga inspired moves and meditation

    Circuits


    Circuits are an easy to follow body conditioning class suitable for men and women. All levels welcome.

    Boot camp


    A fitness boot camp is programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.
