We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Sport England Movement Fund aimed at promoting health and well-being for individuals with type 2 diabetes. Through this initiative, we’re offering specialised fitness and physical activity sessions across our centers. No matter where you are, there’s sure to be an activity for you!
These sessions are a fantastic way to stay active, have fun, and take charge of your health—and they’re only £2.80 each! You can either self-refer or ask your GP for a referral to get started.
