    Class Descriptions

     

    Aquafit – Swimming Pool
    Offered in the swimming pool, this energetic class is an ideal way to tone muscle, lose weight and improve fitness levels in a fun and invigorating way. An effective class suitable for all.
     
    AquaHealth – Swimming Pool
    AquaHealth is designed for those with injuries or movement difficulties that need a lower intensity than other water based classes. A good starting point to progress further.
     
    BodiBox – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    This high energy class will aid weight loss, strength, toning and reaction skills with a variety of new techniques guaranteed to make you sweat! An all-round workout leaning towards the upper body side of training. Suitable for all abilities.
     
    BodyBlast – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    This 45 minute class is based on overall fitness including weights and body weight exercises. High Intensity Interval Training is effective for building strength and cardiovascular fitness.
     
    BodySculpt – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    BodySculpt is a 30 minute complete body workout and is designed to help build lean muscle tone whilst also improving balance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
     
    Circuits – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    This class is a mixture of cardio and strength, designed to deliver a whole body workout using different training methods. A fun and effective workout.
     
    HIIT – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    An all-round fitness class, High Intensity Interval Training is effective for building strength and increasing cardiovascular fitness.
     
    Legs, Bums & Tums – Outside (weather dependant, otherwise Gym)
    This dry-side activity is not just for the ladies. Legs, Bums & Tums develops core strength and leg definition whilst learning new exercises, skills and techniques.
