Gymnastics Lessons

Gymnastics is recognised as being one of the top three fundamental sports for young people, laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. They’ll develop fundamental movement skills as well as important social skills, like teamwork and self-confidence. Our programmes are inclusive and progressive, following our Proficiency Pathway, enabling your child to develop at a rate that is appropriate for them.

Football Lessons

More Football Academy is a fantastic way to teach children of all abilities basic football skills, such as shooting, dribbling and passing. It also helps your child develop their balance and co-ordination, as well as providing the opportunity to make new friends, take part in creative play and develop their social skills such as teamwork and communication.

Trampoline Lessons

Trampolining is a great way to stay active while having fun, under the guidance of our fully-trained instructors. Our classes are suitable for children 5 years and over, and combine the progressive development of core skills, such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination, along with important life skills such as team work.
