Is the centre suitable for access by disabled users?

Yes – access to facility via sliding doors and each floor can beaccessed via lift and guide dogs are welcome within the leisurefacility.

A pool hoist is available for customers with a physical disability to enter and exit the pool during public swim sessions.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is free car parking is available at the front of the building to all customers.

Do I have to be a member to use the leisure facilities?

No, you do not need to be a member. Activities are available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis as well as value for money membership packages.  The Be Active scheme also allows you to benefits from discounts on each visit.

Are there lockers available?

Yes, the lockers accept 20p coins and are non-returnable.

Can I buy clothing and equipment at the leisure centre?

Yes, we stock a range of products, such as water bottles, towels and kit bags.  The full range can be viewed/purchased form our online shop.

I have never been to a gym before.

Are the gym instructors qualified?

Yes, all gym instructors are qualified to a minimum of Level 2 Fitness Instructor.

What clothing does my child need to wear for the holiday activity club?

It is recommended that your child wears clothing that is relevant to the activity they will be taking part in. For example tracksuit,trainers and t-shirt for multi-sports.

Do children need to bring anything with them to the holiday club?

Packed lunch, pocket money, any medicine or inhalers.
